The room was great, but the staff who attended us was not. I'd return for the room, but I would never stay with that person again.

The pool and the old beach bar are close, and the bar is worth visiting with great service. However, the hotel lists check‑in from 15:00‑23:00, we arrived at 18:00 to find the door closed, and after calling they said they don't attend from 17:00‑20:00, so we lost the whole afternoon waiting over two hours for a room. To top it off, they never asked for our IDs to register, which I think is a serious lapse in courtesy and education.
