The experience was terrible: breakfast service was awful, the food was unavailable at the time, and overall everything was bad, especially the room conditions.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Hotel One Jinnah Islamabad; the property was spotless, cozy, and well maintained. The cuisine was superb, and every staff member was friendly and professional. A special shout‑out to Mr. Mehrab Nabi, who delivered breakfast each morning with a warm smile and exceptional hospitality. We were also upgraded from a twin room to a comfortable suite, which made the visit even more pleasant. The only slight letdown was being charged for a few snacks from the minibar at checkout, as we had assumed they were complimentary for guests. Aside from that small issue, everything else was outstanding.
