The bed was comfortable and the staff were welcoming; the bathroom was good, and the location is great with parking nearby.

I was told the company would send me an invoice, but I still haven’t received it, even though they promised to ship it. I originally wrote a positive review, but I changed it because after the second week the invoice still hasn’t arrived, despite me calling and reminding them almost every day. As a result, the company didn’t reimburse my expenses and they’re deceiving people about issuing invoices!!!

Nothing noteworthy. The double booking forced me into an alternative accommodation with no price adjustment. It was expensive but cheap—after the originally booked place was double‑occupied, I was moved to another place. I would rate it that way. Even a homeless shelter is more lovingly furnished and nicer. The furnishings seem like they come from a junkyard, used as décor in the rooms. I can’t believe it and am somewhat annoyed that there are people who are so greedy with money and see nothing else. The sanitation is clearly cut‑throat; I don’t think it was necessity but the operator’s lack of respect for guests. The phrase “how it’s been shit and shit” came to mind, and I still see it. I’ve never seen such callousness. I felt very uncomfortable. Still, the place appears clean at first glance. It was super loud, with constant shouting, children’s screaming and crying into the night, even in the stairwell—very noisy. The TV didn’t work, the fridge and door were broken, the door wouldn’t close. The sofa was sagging, plugs didn’t fit the sockets, the kitchen table was unhygienic because it had no closed surface and was heavily damaged. The shower curtain always fell down, the shower system hung so low that someone 1.85 m tall couldn’t shower properly. I thought there was no hot water, but after setting it to cold, warm water eventually came. No bathroom heater—enjoy winter. The washing machine outside ran in the night’s spin cycle, and the noise echoed through the building. No dish towels, dishcloths drying. Positives: the blanket is large and thick enough. All of this is disrespectful to guests.
