The place is well‑located with safe parking, and the staff were very welcoming; we received hot chocolate, filter coffee, some sweets, fresh fruit, and the usual tea and coffee in the room. However, our basement room felt a bit damp and the stairs were quite narrow.

The location was good with bus stops and cafés nearby, but the toilet cistern didn’t work well, the shower was hard to find a lukewarm temperature, and I couldn’t understand why there were two separate taps for hot and cold water.

The Washington Guest House sits in a prime spot for exploring Bristol’s Clifton area, just a short walk from the Clifton Suspension Bridge, and it’s a relaxing place to stroll; everyone was friendly and it’s a lovely place to visit.

The rooms was lovely and the staff was great. My wife had issues with the pillows, 2 was too much but 1 wasn’t enough but I thought it was very comfortable and had a great sleep( just personal preference) the shower had no pressure to it so it was just a trickle of water we did inform reception when.we checked out just so the next people don’t have the same problem

No breakfast was offered, and the chef had to go to the hotel next door for food; the place is a shit hole. Nothing else is a shit hole.
