Baia Serena Resort

We were initially drawn to this hotel's great location and friendly staff, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues. The air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, and we had to wait until the last minute for our laundry to be returned after asking multiple times. Despite the hotel's best efforts, these problems detracted from our overall experience and made our stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

I was impressed by the hotel's exceptional location, friendly staff, and peaceful atmosphere. However, I found it challenging to leave the hotel due to its isolated location, and I had to rely on the hotel's taxi boat service to get to Coron.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's proximity to popular tourist sites and the stunning ocean views. However, the surrounding area and shared facilities could use some improvement, as they appear to be in disrepair. The equipment, including the garden, needs more attention to maintain a pleasant atmosphere.

“Very peaceful, calm and relaxing”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with amazing staff who made everything easy for me. The food was delicious and conveniently located, and they even helped arrange my transfers and pickups. The price was very reasonable considering all that was offered. It's a great spot to unwind with a good book and explore local excursions.

“A fuir”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. While the location was pleasant, the beach was dirty and littered with plastic bottles and other trash that was never cleaned up. The pool was also a disappointment, with algae and moss covering the edges. To make matters worse, the restaurant served subpar food and the staff seemed uninterested, often laughing and taking long naps in the sun loungers intended for guests.
