The bathroom tap was leaking, there was no bath soap or hand soap, and hot water came out slowly – it took 5 to 7 minutes to fill up. The bathroom door was not installed, so there was no privacy when peeing or bathing in someone else’s space.

Nothing. First, our door wouldn’t unlock; we spent over an hour outside during the morning rush calling for help and no one answered. The parking is tiny, so our car got bumped and there were no cameras to see who did it. Finally, we were served a cold, dry breakfast. I’m really disappointed and nobody takes responsibility for what happened.

The facility is clean, homely, and aunty is very friendly, and the owner was welcoming. We were happy, but if they could get warmers to keep the breakfast warm it would be better.
