Paid for a night but never got the room. I never received the code for the key box and the building has no signs at all, so I was left scrambling for another place at the last minute. Definitely not something I’d recommend.

My reservation fell through at the very last minute and the room was already gone when I showed up. The staff, however, were surprisingly helpful and managed to find me another place nearby. Still, it was a frustrating way to start the trip.

Nobody was on site and no one answered my messages, so I was left in the dark. I’m demanding an immediate refund of the 68 CHF I paid (booking #5592913448, Naglikonerstr. 7, 8804 Wädenswil). This level of silence is unacceptable.

I booked the place for two nights, only to get a cancellation notice saying the property is no longer for rent, and I still haven’t received any money back. It’s been a real inconvenience trying to sort out the refund.

Super easy process – I grabbed the key from the lockbox and dropped it back off without any hassle. Everything worked just as described.
