The rubber pillow smell is overpowering, the room has poor soundproofing, the furniture is old, and the chair legs are broken. The room has a window that faces the hallway.

The hotel's exterior looked impressive, but that was where the good news ended. The rooms and equipment were old and lacking, and the pillows had a strange smell to them. The towels were also uncomfortably hard.
