The hotel was clean, yet the staff offered no information, behaved rudely, and could not speak English.

The hospitality, location, space, and room were all excellent.

The facilities matched what I expected from a one‑star hotel, but the cleaning could be improved—there was dust behind the bed and a silverfish in my bag.

The hotel sits in a quiet spot with no traffic noise, is clean and tidy, and the reception staff are truly professional.
