Breakfast was fine, but the customer service was awful, the shower didn’t heat, the room smelled moldy, the air conditioner was old, the window blackout didn’t seal properly and needed maintenance, and the lawn was poorly kept.

The venue is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the service is outstanding; breakfast is excellent, though it’s a bit far from the historic centre.

A pousada é super aconchegante, ampla e muito bem cuidada. O staff é super atencioso, os quartos são amplos, todos voltados para a Serra de São José, com ótimas camas e um chuveiro espetacular. São apenas 11 quartos o que transmite uma sensação de exclusividade. O café da manhã é muito bom, com pratos exclusivos como o queijo derretido com banana caramelizada. Gostamos de tudo
