The spot is ideal if you’re after a fantasy island vibe, but the caravan was pretty filthy on arrival—fingerprints on the light switches, hair in the shower, and crumbs on the countertop made it clear it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay in a clean, comfortable caravan that was well maintained and stocked with everything needed for a relaxing visit; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was lovely, so we would happily recommend it to anyone planning to visit Skegness.

The hotel was close to everything we needed and felt safe for kids.

The location is spot on if you want to be in the centre of Ingoldmells, but the place was dirty, had not been cleaned prior, had stained on the sofa, dust flying up when sitting on the sofa, the floor was filthy, full of dust, bits, mud, old food, and the place smelled of cannabis when we first arrived.
