The hotel's rooms were a major letdown, with tiny spaces that felt unhealthy. The toilets were laughably small, making it impossible for a normal-sized person to sit comfortably. When I brought this to the owner's attention, I was met with a lack of response, which sealed the deal for us – we didn't even bother checking in. On the bright side, everything else seemed to be in decent shape.

The hotel's location was fantastic, but unfortunately, it was let down by the lack of basic services. There was no room service, and the rooms weren't cleaned or maintained during my stay. I had to personally visit the reception to book services or order food, which was a bit of a hassle. Despite this, the hotel's central location made up for some of its shortcomings.

Unfortunately, our stay was a disaster from start to finish. The service was extremely poor, and when we arrived, they told us that there was no available room. It was a real mess, and we ended up having to find another hotel at the last minute.

Be warned: this hotel is involved in a big booking scam. We paid for a room, only to find out it wasn't available, and getting a refund was a nightmare. Needless to say, there's nothing to like about this place.

The hotel's location was decent, but that's where the positives ended. The room was ridiculously small, like a rabbit hole, and the bathroom was even tinier, barely big enough for a 6-foot man to squeeze into. I couldn't even take a proper shower due to the lack of space. Overall, this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in Howrah.
