I liked the friendly staff and the all‑inclusive meals, which compensate a lot but not everything. First, the main sign had some letters not lit. Second, the staff didn’t understand English; we had to use online translators. The night manager spoke English at a 2nd‑class level, while the day staff didn’t understand at all. We asked for help organizing a sea walk, but the result was a half‑day and we had to arrange it ourselves. A praised English‑speaking colleague got everything wrong and didn’t help. The spa staff speak fluent English, which creates a disconnect. Third, the staff were not attentive; twice we had problems because they didn’t notice the guests’ wristbands. Fourth, there’s only one stereo near the pool, directed in one direction, so some guests can’t hear the music while others are drowned out, leading to complaints and conflicts. Fifth, the beach and sea near the hotel are incredibly dirty, making swimming impossible. We arrived at the sea but had no desire to get in at night. Sixth, flushing the toilet is a separate quest; there’s almost no flush power and you can’t get all your needs done at once—just awful. Seventh, the squeak from the technical floors accompanies the whole night and doesn’t stop during the day; sleeping with the balcony open is impossible. Eighth, mosquitoes come in; it feels like staying in a swamp, they bite in such places that you’re surprised later. Ninth, there are many nuances in the decor and cleanliness. The toilet’s exterior looks like a guard, the pillows outside the beds are a nightmare, exposed wires under the lights, paint on the walls, and so on. The atmosphere feels oppressive. If you don’t need anything extreme, I don’t recommend it. Unfortunately, I had to…

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious and perfect; the pool was large and the vibe was pleasant. The only downside was the buffet, which lacked variety, often repeating the same Turkish dishes and leaving foreign guests disappointed – more food choices would make the hotel truly excellent!
