Booked an “executive suite” at Lucky Central Hotel & Travel and found it old‑school but spacious and comfy; the staff were generally nice, though the younger reception guy during the day never cracked a smile.

The staff were very friendly and respectful, the room was clean, roomy, and had a high ceiling, and the hotel’s proximity to everything you’d likely visit is a huge plus; the price is reasonable. On the downside, the room’s lighting is a bit too dim, there are no windows looking outside which makes the interior feel a little depressing, and the Wi‑Fi is often unstable and slow.

The place has a decent location and a bed to sleep on, plus air‑conditioning. I normally wouldn’t leave a negative review, but I booked this hoping it’d be better than a hostel and found mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom, dusty floors, and it’s not quiet at all—bring ear plugs. Overall it feels run‑down and I wouldn’t recommend it.
