The room was clean and the staff jumped in to help whenever we needed something. Unfortunately, when we visited Nuwara Eliya it was rainy and very cold – about 15‑16 °C – and the room felt freezing on the first night, so we couldn’t sleep. We asked for an extra blanket on the second night, they brought one right away, but we were still shivering when we got out of bed. At that price we could have stayed somewhere with air‑conditioning.

Had a wonderful stay at Delphine Hotel yesterday with my family; the hotel was very clean, peaceful, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly with good service, and the cool Nuwara Eliya atmosphere made our trip even more special. Highly recommended for a relaxing family stay, and thanks for the great hospitality.

It is a place with calm environment and also it had spacious room and tea and coffee maker; even more the service is great and breakfast was great too, and it's really worth for money. Highly recommended. If there were more space to parking that will be great.
