The hotel staff deserve every compliment; everyone is friendly and courteous. The hotel is a bit old; the elevator was broken but was fixed right away. The lighting doesn’t follow the commands. Breakfast is central.

The facilities were beautiful and very clean, with a nice view from the room and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious. The staff at reception were not especially welcoming.

The hotel is about 1 km from the Canton Tower. The rooms are beautifully equipped with a lot of attention to detail, and there is air conditioning and a fridge. I was greeted with a bowl of fruit delivered by a robot. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was not open due to renovation.

The staff were very friendly, the spot is great—just a short walk from Canton Tower and a bunch of restaurants, and the room was spotlessly clean and cozy.

The place is in a fantastic location, practically next to Kecun Metro station, and getting around was a breeze thanks to the clear directions from the station to the hotel. From the moment we booked, everything was smooth, but the towels were a bit worn and needed changing.
