The first room I got was too noisy because of the air conditioning, then they moved me to a room that was too small, and after insisting for the fourth time they finally gave me the large room I wanted from the start. The air conditioners are not very powerful and the heat in the town is intense.

The room was spacious and comfortable (the TV control is already very old). When I arrived, there was a lack of staff and the person who attended me was not very cordial.

The staff were friendly, but there was no hot water, not even a chair in the room, it was very outdated, and breakfast was absolutely poor.
