I'm still trying to process how a hotel can get away with advertising all sorts of amenities and services that don't actually exist. They had me convinced that I'd be getting a luxurious experience, but what I got was a bunch of empty promises and a hefty bill to match. Every single thing I thought I was getting was suddenly an extra charge, and it felt like they were taking advantage of me from the moment I walked in. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The hotel's location was one of its strongest points, right in the heart of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, things took a bit of a turn when I stepped into the bathroom - it was seriously stinking, and I'm not just talking about a faint whiff of mildew. It took a few follow-ups to get a dental kit provided, which was a bit of a hassle, and the room service was a bit of a letdown too - it just didn't feel like they were taking the time to get things right.
