The location and reception were nice, but it wasn’t very clean and the windows overlooking the hall and the tinted glass on the door made privacy feel off.

The price and service were perfectly fine, the air‑conditioning worked well, staff were very friendly and the location was good – a few minutes on foot gets you to the old town. The room only had one window facing the corridor, covered by a curtain. There was a bathroom window so high it couldn’t be opened or closed, and a soap dispenser in a corner was broken and looked shabby.

The place is well situated close to the old town and the staff are kind.

The location was great and they let us drop off our bags before check‑in. The room and bathroom were very small, the wall was damp and any touch left stains; the shower sprayed water onto the toilet each time you showered.
