The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, especially Darío, a very courteous and attentive guy who clearly enjoys his job and wants guests to feel at ease—excellent service!

The staff were very helpful and attentive to any needs. Breakfast was good but lacked a bit of fruit. Dinner was tasty and reasonably priced, and you can order another round if you wish. It’s appreciated that they turn on the heating. However, there’s a lot of noise between rooms; you can hear doors opening and closing loudly. The shower is tiny with a fabric curtain. It’s far from the village if you want to walk, even though it’s not too distant—it sits at the entrance of a ski station up the hill, which is great for that kind of trip.
