The wellness area was great for relaxing; however, the complex was too large and confusing to navigate, with many elevators, corridors, floors, and lifts making it a puzzle to get from your room to the restaurant, and I missed the authenticity.

The personal service and location were excellent; but the constant screaming and crying of babies and toddlers in almost every part of the hotel significantly reduced the comfort and relaxation experience, which lowered my overall rating.

The room was large, the facilities were great, the spa and pools were the best, the food was excellent, the staff were friendly, the location was superb, and the hotel works well for families as well as couples.

The view of Fuschelsee was stunning, and the hotel is huge and set in a very quiet spot, perfect for walks. Unfortunately, the dog could only stay on the bar terrace or in the room; it wasn’t allowed at the restaurant.

The staff were pleasant at dinner and breakfast. The price-to-quality ratio was absolutely off; we booked a junior suite but were given a corner room, so the room was cramped and the bedroom was completely dark, no windows, no daylight. To reach the terrace we had to go around the hallway, and when we confronted reception about the bedroom view shown in the pictures, they said they couldn’t photograph all rooms… and no changes were made, so for 3 nights at 39,000 we had a dark room. The hotel is a cheap copy of a real Austrian alpine hotel, it’s over‑sized, and breakfast feels like a cafeteria with hundreds of people, and the food is average even at dinner. After one night we left; I don’t understand how this hotel can have a 4‑star rating. I really do not recommend it.
