They promised a garage, but it didn't serve all rooms; the structure was very old, the beds were dusty, the bathroom was in terrible condition, and there was no toilet paper. It was very expensive for what it offered, and I deeply regret making the reservation.

When the guest arrived, the lodge was in disarray, rooms were dirty, and the owner admitted there was no way to accommodate anyone in such a state. He apologized, blaming the lack of housekeeping staff, which doesn’t justify it, especially since Natal was overbooked due to city events. I went to the Booking site and canceled the reservation. I refuse any charges from this place; when I view the cancellation section on their site, you’ll see I processed the cancellation in a timely manner. The mess made staying impossible.

The room was very comfortable, but I felt it was missing a full-length mirror—women love to look at themselves—and otherwise everything was wonderful and cozy.
