The location and room size were great. There was no staff on site for check‑in or check‑out.

The venue is splendid and strategically located, allowing quick access to several destinations. The internal parking and the spacious room with a lovely view were appreciated. The owner’s warm and helpful welcome was outstanding. We will definitely return. – Tiziana

The location is convenient and central. The room was clean, spacious, and truly comfortable. I was traveling alone for work, and the property does not offer breakfast (even though it’s paid separately and not included in the nightly rate) for a single guest. It would have been nice to have a voucher for the nearby bar.

The room was spacious, bright, and had a spectacular view, complete with a lovely balcony and a window in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the space was spotless, and having an on‑site vending machine and key‑access parking made things very convenient. The reception wasn’t staffed 24/7, but WhatsApp communication was quick and helpful. Getting to the hotel was a bit confusing because of the old town roads, yet the location is great for walking everywhere, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The main problem was the kitchen situation: the listing said there would be a kitchen, but none was actually provided. To top it off, an extra fee of 25 euros was demanded before arrival to use a kitchen that wasn’t disclosed in the booking (I double‑checked with Booking support). I declined to pay the extra charge and ended up without a kitchen, which spoiled what could have been a smoother stay.
