The staff were helpful and tried to accommodate requests, such as taking my motorcycle to the laundry while I rested. The bed was good, the air conditioning worked, the location was excellent, and the room was large. However, there were no soft lamps, like desk lamps, the headboard against which you lean was dirty, the bathroom walls were dirty even after I pointed it out, lamps were missing, the lock was faulty even after I mentioned it, the shower worked poorly until they fixed it, and I later had a leak in the bathroom that took a few days to resolve.

The place was clean, and everything was fine.

“Worst hotel”

The location was actually one of the best things about this hotel - it was right near all the shops and amenities I needed. Unfortunately, the room itself had some major issues, including a non-functioning AC, a toilet that wouldn't flush, and water that was murky with sediment. To make matters worse, there was no one available to help resolve the problems, and the lack of blackout curtains made it hard to sleep. Overall, it was a pretty frustrating experience.
