Housekeeping was hit‑or‑miss; it showed up properly only one night out of three, leaving the room a bit messy the other two.

The building itself is solid – the rooms and common areas are in good shape. What really annoyed me was the staff, who kept trying to get us to sign up for some membership program, which felt pushy.
