The furniture was arranged nicely in the room and it was spotless, but the washroom flush was broken and there was construction noise right next to our room.

The reception staff need a lot of improvement, especially in communication, and the toilet was dirty, stank badly, and the commodes were awful. The bed sheet was unclean and the room was noisy; you could hear voices from the next room. Breakfast was terrible and the staff were glued to their phones, giving a negative attitude whenever you asked for help.
