The place was uncomfortable, dirty, and isolated. The owner’s office is inside the house, so you wake up in the morning with her outside your room. The common areas are poorly cleaned, and when you point it out she says you booked a room, not the kitchen and terrace, but that she is doing you a favor by letting you use them.

The location was great for our goal of hiking Etna. The room was very spacious and clean, and the host was very friendly. It would be nice to have a bottle of water offered, but otherwise everything was perfect; we had a good stay!

The staff were very kind and the room was good for its price. The only downside was the lack of hot water.

The room is very nice. Recommended if you have a car because it’s well positioned to reach all the tourist spots in the area, and the nightly price is excellent.

The room is in a quiet area, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is brand new. Monnalisa was super mega helpful and an excellent host.
