“Peaceful”
Breakfast quality was good, but the only issue was having to climb a lot of stairs, which made the stay less enjoyable.

The room was spacious with plenty of coffee and tea options, and the hosts were very welcoming and explained everything; however, the entrance to the B&B needed tidying and cleaning, a strong cigarette smell lingered on the second floor, the bathroom in the room required cleaning, and breakfast was only served in our room and was just okay—overall it could use a bit of TLC. It could be a nice place to stay, but the NC500 guides recommend staying in Wick, which, while historic, is not a pretty fishing village, is very gray, and its restaurants are not plentiful.

Easy to locate, good parking outside, and a pleasant host who did as much as possible for you, but the décor felt a little tired and cleanliness could have been better.

The room was excellent, the view was beautiful, breakfast was good, wifi was excellent, and the coffee and biscuits were very good too—no problems in this respect.

I appreciated the warm welcome and friendliness, but bed bugs forced us to leave due to health and hygiene hazards and we had to find another accommodation; I have contacted the Highland Council and am currently in contact with them.
