The location and the friendliness of the staff were appreciated. The plumbing was quite noisy, as was the neighbourhood.

The room was great, with a jacuzzi included, views of the pyramids, and the breakfast was very good. Dina was very kind at all times and so was Silvia.

The room was nice and clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing. We also enjoyed sitting on the rooftop and taking in the Pyramids view in the evening.

The staff were the major part of this place and are the reason why they get good reviews. Really amazing and friendly staff who are always ready to help. The place is good value for money and with a very good view off the terrace dining area where you can see all pyramids and the sphinx. We can see one pyramid from the top floor rooms because of a construction upfront. The breakfast was good but didnt try other meals there. Finding the place on day 1 was difficult especially as we were checking in past midnight. The bathrooms could have had a separation between the wet and dry parts
