Nothing good to say. We arrived with the entire stay already paid, yet the first night the hotel had no water at all. They didn’t refund that night and told me to come back the next day. The second night was even worse because there were no rooms left even though I’d paid for the whole stay in advance; it took two hours to find out whether a room was available, and the one they finally gave me had a bathroom covered in crayon everywhere. On the third night they didn’t clean at all. The night‑shift receptionist was awful—shouting and refusing to take responsibility, claiming it wasn’t his problem but also not fixing anything. Service was terrible in every way. We travel a lot, and this is the first time I left a hotel so upset.

The place is super clean and fresh, the pool is really cool, and the night staff provided excellent service—10/10.
