The staff were friendly and the hotel was in a good spot. The rooms were clean. My room was small and had no place to hang clothes. The hotel is a 3‑star place, nothing more. The staff spoke broken English. The breakfast was very Chinese.

“Świetny”

I was surprised by the quality for the price; my rating of 10 reflects that. It's not a chain and is reasonably close to the city center. We mainly wanted proximity to the fair venue. The hotel is great for about 1.8 k zł for 6 nights with breakfast for two people. Huge surprise. Are 4‑ or 5‑star chains better? Definitely, but only a few times more expensive. The English communication was weak, but that's typical in China and beyond.

I had a wonderful stay at Dequan Luxury Hotel and want to thank the whole team for their hospitality and kindness. The hotel itself is excellent—clean, beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfasts were delicious, and the location is perfect, especially if you’re visiting the exhibition center. It was very convenient for us. I’m especially grateful for the staff’s warm and friendly attitude. I don’t know everyone’s names, but I truly appreciate every person who helped make our stay pleasant. A very special thank you to Wang Jiarui and Zhang Shuaibin—they’re absolutely the best! They’re incredibly kind, helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist. Their positive attitude and genuine kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much to the whole team, especially Wang Jiarui and Zhang Shuaibin, for making us feel welcome. We’ll remember your kindness and hope to return!

The overall hotel experience was very satisfying. The room was clean, fresh, and comfortable, with good soundproofing, so I could rest peacefully. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, everything was excellent. It’s a great choice for accommodation when traveling, and I sincerely recommend staying here.

“Continent location and easy to find. Clean room well maintained hotel with friendly staff.”

The hotel was spotless and the staff were courteous; it sits right next to the national convention centre, Olympic park, and the Birds Nest stadium.
