The rooms and the view were good. However, the hotel is very far from Munnar town, so only book it if you have your own transport. Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and hot water wasn’t available 24/7—only during the day.

I was initially impressed by the property's location and its cool, laid-back vibe, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. However, my stay was marred by several issues, including poor cleanliness, the absence of basic amenities like air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and a faulty hot water system that produced discolored water. Needless to say, these problems detracted significantly from my overall experience.
