The hotel sits in the heart of Göreme yet still feels quiet; the staff were very kind and helpful, even letting us book the unforgettable hot‑air balloon ride the night before despite arriving late. The room was very large and comfortable, though dim because it’s carved into the rock—an undeniably unique experience! The bed was comfy, the bathroom spacious, and the panoramic terrace offered a view of the balloons hovering just above us at sunrise. I really enjoyed the breakfast, which was rich in both savory items and fresh fruit and pastries. I would definitely recommend it and would return. The breakfast room had a strong fried‑food smell, so we always ate at the few outdoor tables, and I suggest improving the ventilation there. The bathroom, while large and comfortable, was very dark; a few more lights or brighter bulbs would help. These details didn’t spoil our fantastic stay in Cappadocia.
