The bed was comfy and the spot was great, but the price was insane—over $300 for a night, probably because a bunch of other groups were there too. The pool was tiny and a bit grimy, more like a giant bathtub. Breakfast was very plain: boxed‑egg scrambled eggs, thin bacon strips, ordinary store‑bought blueberry muffins, and the usual continental stuff. The waffle machine was a hit with the baseball team kids staying there.

Breakfast was decent, and the front desk lady went out of her way to help since the hotel had a new software that didn’t show any reservations; she still got us a room, and Maria from housekeeping cleaned a room fast enough that we appreciated it. The pool was just okay.
