“A cosy little hotel in Otaru”

The self‑check‑in was super easy and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The communal areas were great for passing by and meeting other guests, and I booked it for Silver Week, which turned out to be a solid choice. A 7‑Eleven convenience store is just a 10‑minute walk away, and the neighborhood is quiet and scenic. The only downside is that it’s a 30‑minute walk from Otaru’s tourist spots, though there’s a bus stop right outside; grabbing an IC card for the buses makes getting around town a breeze.

“今回、二回目の宿泊であったが、機会があれば是非利用したい。”

The whole facility was well managed and kept clean, with the shower room, toilet, and washbasin all spotless. I stayed knowing the room would be tight, and it was indeed small, as was the dining area. After a long touring trip, I found the storage space for luggage was also cramped.

The accommodation cost was cheap, but even when I went to bed I could hear the neighbor’s noise, indicating poor sound insulation.
