I was told ahead of time that the room would be paid in cash, but the door lock was damaged yet still worked. I don't understand why the operator still offered this room. I couldn't sleep all night, waking up at every noise because I felt uneasy. The cleanliness, which was rated so highly, was not accurate; for example, there were hairs in the bed.
