The windows were sound‑proof, the room was clean, and the location was convenient for reaching various attractions or venues, especially close to the station. The view from the two balconies was just buildings and the metal roofs of garages and warehouses; as soon as I entered the room I could smell old stuff, not dust but old.

I was able to charge my car at the hotel’s own Type 2 charging station, and the breakfast was good and the location was very nice.
