The staff were disrespectful, arguing that they couldn’t check the booking even though a screen wasn’t working; I booked for my mother and she was treated very poorly, and when I asked to be put on a call the staff denied it—terrible experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's excellent value for money. The breakfast staff, in particular, stood out for their exceptional friendliness and willingness to accommodate special requests, such as extra eggs or freshly squeezed juice. Overall, my stay was a positive experience.

I was left disappointed when the hotel refused to accept my booking, citing the presence of the Cienciano team as the reason. I'm still puzzled as to why they advertise their services on this platform if they're not committed to honoring reservations. The cancellation caused me significant inconvenience, including transportation costs, time wasted searching for a new booking, and the hassle of navigating the city with my luggage.
