We had a wonderful family stay; the place was spotless, cozy, and perfect for unwinding. The spot is ideal for exploring the coast and its sights. The staff were very friendly and courteous, making the experience even better. Definitely a place we'd recommend and love to return to. We have no negative remarks; everything was excellent and met our expectations.

I’m disappointed with the hotel’s conditions during our stay. The room assigned to us had a strong urine smell, apparently from the neighboring street. We also found several dead spiders and many flies in the bathroom. Hot water didn’t work properly, so I had to finish showering and bathing my daughter with cold water. The footsteps and noises from upper rooms are very loud both in the morning and at night, making it hard to rest. On top of that, cockroaches appeared in the first‑floor hallway at night. I regret having to report this, but the cleaning, maintenance, and rest conditions were not adequate.

The staff, view, and breakfast were good, but the acoustic pollution was stressful, the passageway was so narrow we could barely turn a car, and the bathroom had a damp ceiling.
