The food was tasty and the acacias were exactly what I wanted, but the cleanliness and facilities were in bad shape: the towels were worn, our request for replacements was ignored, the bathroom cabinet had no door, the cheapest toilet paper was used, there was no shampoo, rinse, or bath cap, and the bathroom mirror was stained with rust.

The beds were comfortable, the staff very attentive, and breakfast delicious. The pool was very dirty with a lot of tree leaves outside the hotel, giving a bad first impression. Towels were stained and there were many rusty, dirty items. Attention to these details is needed.
