The location was perfect—right in the center, very quiet, and feels safe. The yellow tram stops right outside, and all the plazas and the train to Sintra are less than 10 minutes on foot. The rooms could be a bit bigger, but for Europe they’re considered large. The staff were great day and night. We’ll stay there again next time we’re in Lisbon. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel’s central location and modern refurbishment are nice. The rooms and breakfast area are on the smaller side, and there’s no bar.

Friendly staff, great location, clean and comfortable. It took a while to work out the know half hidden by the wardrobe controlled the air con. Shower head got loose so everything in the small bathroom got wet

Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bed, and the breakfast was tasty with a good selection of fruit, meat, cheese, bread and pastries; the location was fantastic, just a tram stop up the road, 1 minute to the river and 5 minutes to the river, making it a perfect place to stay with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

The room was quiet and cozy, with nice décor and comfortable beds, and the breakfast was fresh and varied; the staff were adorable and very helpful. All good, nothing to add.
