The toilet was broken—opening the lid leaves it in your hands. There are windows above the bed, so the layout feels off. Towels were barely available; after a 5‑minute wait, they finally gave us them two hours later. The air‑conditioner didn’t work at all, and the room was stifling—overall a zero impression. The only positive was the front‑desk lady; she communicated well with clients and knew Russian.

Access was easy and they greeted me on arrival. They promised a private bathroom, but when I got there it was shared, there was no Wi‑Fi, no minibar, and they wouldn’t accept a card even though the ad said they would; I ended up paying extra with a commission and had to move rooms at midnight to a private bathroom because I insisted.
