“Only two places to stay in Mdina. Choose Xara Palace not Palazzo Bifora. Xara”
The breakfast started at 8:30, but it wasn’t ready until then, so many of us missed our tours and departures; the way they handled the situation felt like an excuse to avoid actually serving breakfast. The room was on the ground floor next to the bar and entrance, supposedly soundproof, but it wasn’t.
The hotel looked stunning and spotless; we stayed there the night after our wedding and loved it. Choosing our own mattress and pillow was a great touch, and the bathroom was spacious and roomy.
“Instagramable”
The location was great and the hotel had a stylish vibe, but staff were scarce in the mornings and early evenings, making it hard to get help with bills, check‑out, taxis, or room issues. The ground‑floor room was close to the breakfast area, so it was noisy early on.
The staff were top‑class and the bed was incredibly cozy, though the room itself was on the smaller side but still well equipped.
The room was beautiful and the pool was fantastic.
