We were there for a football match in Kaiserslautern and the hotel took us close to the stadium! Thanks again for that.

The location was good for why we visited the area. The rooms and the side we were on were new and clean. The AC worked wonderfully; we liked a cold room and it was perfect. The room was spacious and I always like having a fridge. Just a few things I noticed that could be improved. The curtains, though nice, didn’t block the morning sun; definitely need room‑darkening curtains. I wanted to tell the front desk but when I checked out no one was there. We had an appointment and were walking, so we left the key on the desk after ringing the bell. The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. I tried to adjust it but it must be replaced. A firmer pillow would be nice and maybe mattress toppers. It took us a bit to figure out how the lights worked. There is a switch next to the door that is a master switch.
