The neighborhood was lively and safe, with many eateries just a short walk away, and the parking was convenient; my room was quiet and the beds comfy, plus the tiny fridge held two bottles of water and stayed cool. The downstairs bar and breakfast area let me catch the big game, but the check‑in was frustratingly slow after a long flight, with staff clearly unhurried and the desk not using any tech. I almost left a line for water and ice cream but gave up because two people were still checking in. The towels felt thin, the shower pressure was low, and on my departure day I couldn’t get hot water at all. A sticky spill on the floor had been overlooked by housekeeping.

The room was very comfortable, but the parking service is via an agreement and they put a warning on my car.
