“Not worth the money”

Beautiful grounds. Forest walk looked good. Pool looked nice. Receptionists were very nice. Room had a strange smell. Locking the rooms uses an old (very confusing) key. So many small black unidentified flakes on the towels and spare pillow. Restaurant is super expensive for bad food. The breakfast is bare minimum (toast is cooked on a barbecue) and you can’t ask for anything extra

“Touched our soul”

Sometimes in life you stay somewhere that really connects deeply with you. This resort is incredible. I saw two wild Orangutans in the resort in 3 days. One was right above my lodge. Being surrounded by nature and wildlife in this way is priceless. Its also only 10-15min walk from the sun bear and Orangutans sanctuary. If I had to pick one thing, one or two more options at breakfast but thats being picky

“Helpful staff and amazing wildlife around the resort.”

The staff were helpful and were happy to book a tour of the rainforest for us the night we arrived. The room we'd booked looked great. The swimming pool was just the right size for a night time dip after we'd been out on the night tour of the surrounding rain forest. We had an early departure so we didn't have time for breakfast the next morning. Nothing. It all worked well

Personeel was niet altijd even vriendelijk. Een keer met ontbijt was om 9.00 uur alles op moest overal om vragen zelfs servies goed. In restaurant gedeelte moesten Je schoenen uit maar niet bepaald hygienisch als iedereen daar op blote voeten moet lopen zeker ook met het geknoei van eten. Met ontbijt je brood roosteren op een kolen bbq niet meer van deze tijd
