The spot in Marrakech’s medina is unbeatable, and the staff really listen to you – thanks!

The location is in the medina. The staff are terrible—unfriendly, didn’t show us where our room or facilities were, made guests laugh at us, and are very noisy in common areas. There’s a strange system where they want you to wear a band to show you’re staying, as if we were 16 again. Every time you enter, they give you a new band.

The experience was great, so I’ll definitely return soon, even though this time it was so short! The only drawback is that breakfast isn’t included in the price.

The pool is sensational. The rooms are clean and comfortable, each with a spacious bathroom, good shower, and cleanliness. The atmosphere is pleasant, perfect for hot days in Marrakech. The staff are very friendly and understanding, thoughtful decision‑makers, which is appreciated today. There’s security, the location is ideal, many common areas, and a very nice, delicious restaurant.
