The room was cozy and clean, and a very kind lady welcomed us when we arrived – I liked it a lot. The location was excellent between Modena, Mantova, and Ferrara, and the TV was present. The remote for the TV was broken.

It was quiet even though the air‑conditioner was a little noisy, yet there was no breakfast, the shower had a dirty (black) water hose, the TV was tiny, and only two showerheads were available for two days.
