The location is great and the accommodation is beautiful. The staff are quick and reliable, but unfortunately they don’t speak German, and it’s a bit odd to be greeted by an Asian at the reception and a Rastafarian in the office in South Tyrol.

Our stay at this hotel was a truly unique and exceptional experience in every sense. The building is entirely made of wood, has a lovely rustic vibe that brings peace, a stunning view and complete silence, far from city chaos and noisy streets. Being on top of the mountain amid the forest gave us a sense of relaxation and comfort, and it was a nice break from the usual hotel routine. The hotel is comprehensive and outstanding, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and we especially thank Brother Bill and Brother Jaekober for their cooperation, especially when helping us with the lost suitcase. An unforgettable experience, highly recommended for anyone looking for tranquility, nature, and mental ease.

The restaurant view is fantastic! The room lacked hand towels, and the toilet paper quality was poor. The steak was medium‑rare and a bit old.
