It’s close to the sports field, but the carpet in the kitchenette was torn and posed a trip hazard. There was no face washer, and the washing‑up sponge was filthy, as if it had been used repeatedly.

Generally clean room but a bit dated. Easy parking and walking distance to town shops. Staff friendly. Bed clean and comfortable. Toilet was smelly on entry. Flushing pipes could be heard throughout night
